INGREDIENTS
- 7 oz strawberries about 1/2 a pint of strawberries
- 1 bottle Prosecco wine chilled
- 2-3 tbsp simple syrup or less depending the strawberry ripeness
INSTRUCTIONS

Blend the strawberries and simple syrup until smooth in a food processor or blender.

Strain the strawberry mixture into a glass or jar to remove as much of the seeds as possible.

Pour about 2-3 tablespoons of the the strained strawberry puree into each champagne flute.

Top up each glass with Prosecco.

Mix the puree and Prosecco together, gently to avoid breaking up the bubbles.
