Ingredients
1.5 oz. Glendalough Wild Botanical Gin
2 dash Fee Brothers Rhubarb Bitters
4 drops blood orange tincture
Fever-Tree Aromatic Tonic
4 lime wheels, garnish
Thyme sprig, garnish
Method: Add gin tincture and bitters to a goblet filled with ice. Serve and pour 6 oz. of tonic for guests. Note: All dashes are via a cork dasher top.
