Tequila Rose Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 40 ml Tequila Rose liqueur
  • 20 ml Tequila
  • 20 ml Coconut rum such as Malibu
  • 10 ml Raspberry liqueursuch as Chambord

Optional garnishes

  • Fresh strawberry
  • Freeze-dried strawberries or raspberries
  • Whipped cream

 

Instructions

  • Put a large handful of ice into the base of a cocktail shaker.
  • Measure the Tequila Rose liqueur, tequila, coconut rum and raspberry liqueur into the shaker.
  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake the cocktail vigorously for 30-40 seconds
  • Strain the drink into a cocktail glass using a Hawthorne strainer, julep strainer or small fine-meshed sieve.
  • Garnish as desired
