Campfire Mule



  • Ice

  • 1 1/2 oz.

    smoked bourbon or whiskey

  • 1/2 oz.

    fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 oz.

    pure maple syrup

  • 4 oz.

    ginger beer

  • Marshmallows, for serving (optional)

  • Directions:

    1. Step 1: Fill a rocks or wine glass with ice. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and syrup and gently stir to combine. Top off with beer and stir again to combine. 
    2. Step 2: Toast marshmallows (if using) with a blowtorch or directly over the flame of a gas stove. Thread marshmallows onto a stick and garnish glass.
